How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Heat the water to about 90°C.No thermometer? Boil the water, then wait about 30 seconds.
- Add 1 heaped teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 5 minutes.Most of the flavour comes in the first steep.
- Strain and sip.Drink it warm, in a favourite cup, somewhere comfortable. A slow cup is half the point.

Her Cycle is a herbal tea blend from Swachh Tea, made with green tea, ashoka, lodhra, cardamom, spearmint, garcinia cambogia, shatavari, saffron and rose petals.
