How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Heat the water to about 80°C.No thermometer? Boil the water, then let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add 1 heaped teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 2 to 3 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Squeeze in a little lemon and watch the cup turn from blue to violet.

Iced: brew at double strength, let it cool for ten minutes, then pour over a full glass of ice.
