How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Bring the water to the boil.Pour as soon as the water stops bubbling.
- Add 1 heaped tablespoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 4 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Chamomile is gentle. A longer steep makes it deeper, not bitter.
