How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Bring the water to the boil.Pour as soon as the water stops bubbling.
- Add 1 heaped teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 5 minutes.Most of the flavour comes in the first steep.
- Strain and sip.Bark takes time to give up its flavour. Cover the cup and give it the full five minutes.
