How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Bring the water to the boil.Pour as soon as the water stops bubbling.
- Add ½ teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 4 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Start with half a teaspoon. Lavender is strong, and more is not better.
