How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Bring the water to the boil.Pour as soon as the water stops bubbling.
- Add 1 teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 5 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Hibiscus is tart. Sweeten with a little honey, or serve it over ice with a slice of orange.
