How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Bring the water to the boil.Pour as soon as the water stops bubbling.
- Add 5 to 6 flowers.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 4 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Add a few drops of lemon juice and watch the cup change colour, from deep blue to violet.

Iced: brew at double strength, let it cool for ten minutes, then pour over a full glass of ice.
