How to brew
For one 200 ml cup. Taste it before you add anything.
- Heat the water to about 85°C.No thermometer? Boil the water, then let it stand for about a minute.
- Add 1 heaped teaspoon.For each 200 ml cup.
- Cover and steep 3 to 4 minutes.The same spoonful gives a lighter second cup.
- Strain and sip.Serve it in a small glass, like they do in Kashmir, with a few crushed almonds floating on top.
